Latest Updated On 08/03/2025: High Court flatly refused to stay the main examination of BPSC 70th. The court said that all the petitions challenging the PT will be heard in detail, but the examination cannot be postponed under any circumstances. At the same time, the court ordered BPSC to answer the questions raised in the petition.
A division bench of Acting Chief Justice Justice Ashutosh Kumar and Justice Parth Sarathi heard the case on Friday. The court fixed 18 March as the date for hearing all the cases.

The court heard the PIL filed by Anand Legal Aid Law Firm. The applicant told the court that there was a disturbance in the preliminary examination. Under which law did the commission call private coaching institutes before the PT and discuss matters related to the examination. This has happened for the first time in the country. No commission shares any information related to the examination with anyone before the examination.
He said that some students have been given special facilities in this examination. On Friday, a partial hearing was held on the petition challenging the BPSC 70th PT. The hearing could not be completed due to lack of time. The High Court is on holiday for Holi from Saturday. Now the High Court will open on Monday 17th March.
