Latest Updated On 27/05/2025: In view of the possibility of release of JAC Inter result in the coming time, BBMKU Dhanbad has started preparations for enrollment in four-year UG Semester One. Binod Bihari Mahto Koyalanchal University (BBMKU) has decided in the review meeting that the Chancellor Portal will be opened for admission in Degree Semester One in the week of June.

Earlier, the university issued a notification regarding the appointment of Dr. Neelu Kumari to the post of Chairman of the University Admission Cell, which was vacant for the last several months. Dr. Neelu also attended the review meeting. Let us tell you that in the year 2024, enrollment was taken on 50,734 seats in the degree colleges of Dhanbad and Bokaro of BBMKU. These include 21,576 seats in the constituent colleges, 27,784 in affiliated colleges and 1374 seats in minority colleges. In such a situation, how many seats will be there in the year 2025. For this, the instructions of the Admission Cell are awaited.

Admission in BCA course will be done only in the recognized colleges
BCA, BBA and other vocational courses are conducted in various colleges of BBMKU. Admission will be taken in those vocational courses which have been recognized by AICTE in the year 2025. Necessary instructions have been given to the colleges in this regard.
Enrollment in proposed subjects in temporarily affiliated colleges: The colleges of BBMKU which have got temporary affiliation. The subjects for which the proposal has been sent to the state headquarters for those colleges. Admission will be taken in those subjects only.
The process of necessary seat mapping in this regard will be started soon by the University Admission Cell.
