Latest Updated On 15/02/2024: On the petition of Anand Legal Aid Forum Trust regarding BPSC 70th preliminary examination, the division bench of Acting Chief Justice Ashutosh Kumar and Justice Parth Sarthi gave time to the applicant's advocate to respond to the counter affidavit filed by the state government and BPSC. Earlier, the court had directed the state government and BPSC to answer the questions raised on this petition.

The next hearing on the case will be on 28 February. The court has expressed hope that the CCTV footage of the examination centers will be kept safe. Earlier, Anand Legal Aid Forum Trust had filed a case in the Supreme Court, but the Supreme Court refused to hear the case and said to file a case in the High Court. After this, a case has been filed in the High Court. At the same time, the petition of Pappu Kumar and others regarding BPSC examination was heard on 16 January.
