Latest Updated On 14/02/2025: Bihar Board Matric Annual Examination is starting from 17th February, which will continue till 25th February. 73 centers have been made in Patna district for the examination. Where 71 thousand 669 candidates will appear for the examination.
On the first day, there will be examination of mother tongue subjects in both the first and second shifts. The first shift examination will run from 9:30 to 12:45 and the second shift examination will run from 2 pm to 515 pm. More than 15 lakh candidates from all over the state will appear in the examination.
Four model centers will be made in Patna district. There will be every kind of arrangement here. CCTV will be installed at the main gate of the examination centers. At the model centers, from the invigilator to the policeman, all will be women.

The entrance will be closed half an hour before. Bihar School Examination Committee has said that wearing shoes and socks in the examination building is prohibited. Candidates should come wearing slippers during the examination. The committee has said that the candidates will have to enter the center one hour before the start of the examination of both the shifts. At the same time, the entrance gate will be closed half an hour before the start of the examination. If any candidate reaches the examination center late and forcibly enters the center, he will be considered a criminal trespasser and a violation of the instructions of the committee. Taking action against them, such candidates will be expelled from the examination for two years and an FIR will also be registered.
Not a single expulsion on the ninth day of the Intermediate examination
On Thursday, the ninth day of the Intermediate examination, not a single expulsion case was reported from the examination centres across the state. The examination of both the shifts was conducted peacefully. In the first shift, the examination of Sociology and Accountancy subjects was held. While in the second shift, the examination of various subjects was held for the students of Science, Arts and Commerce faculties. The final examination of Intermediate will be held on Saturday. In the first shift, the examination of various language subjects under additional subject group will be held for the students of Science, Commerce and Arts faculties. While in the second shift, the examination of subjects like Computer Science, Multi Media Yoga and Physical Education, Chemistry, Biology, etc. will be held.
