Latest Updated On 29/04/2025: Bihar Public Service Commission has invited applications for the appointment of Assistant Engineers from 30 April to 28 May. There will be appointments on 1024 posts.

According to the notification, the maximum number of posts are for civil engineering. There are 984 posts for AE (Civil), 36 posts for (Mechanical) & 4 posts for AE (Electrical). This recruitment will be in the different departments of Bihar Govt.

The posts in civil will be in construction, building construction, rural works, water resources, minor water resources, urban development & housing, planning & development department, animal and fisheries department. Those working on contract will get priority of five marks per year.
