Latest Updated On 27/04/2025: 3rd phase of sakshamta pariksha for teachers of local bodies will be conduct between 10 and 15 May. The board has set a target of announcing its result by 31 May. 30 thousand 221 teachers of class 1-5, class 6-8, class 9-10 and class 11 -12 have applied online to appear in the examination. The examination will be computer based and will be of two hours and 30 minutes. Chairman Anand Kishore of Bihar Board provide this information in a press conference on Saturday. He also released the schedule of the fourth and fifth phase competency examination.

30 thousand 221 teachers have applied online for the third phase

The 4th phase exam will be conduct on 15 & 16 June. Its result is targeted to be released by 30 June. fifth (5th) phase sakshamta exam will be conduct on 15 & 16 July. Its result is targeted to be released by 31 July. Applications for 4th & 5th phase competency exam will be accepted between 7 &14 May. The board chairman said that the applicants who failed in 3rd phase competency test can apply online for 4th phase on 2 and 3 June and the applicants who failed in the fourth phase can apply online for the fifth phase on 2 and 3 July.

Posting of 51,389 teachers recruited in the 3rd phase till Friday

Patna. 51 thousand 389 teachers selected in the third phase of appointment by Bihar Public Service Commission will be posted by Friday. These teachers will be posted in those schools where there are less teachers in proportion to the students. The education department is taking required action in this regard. The Additional Chief Secretary of department, Doctor S Siddharth, provide this information in Shiksha Ki Baat on Saturday.


No decision on STET yet: Anand Kishore

Bihar Board Chairman Anand Kishore has asked to avoid misleading news regarding the upcoming STET. He said that no any decision has been taken on it yet. The board has not received any instructions in this regard from the Education Department.
