Latest Updated On 30/04/2025: RRB has released the important guidelines for railway exams like NTPC, JE, Loco Pilot, Group D.
Candidates will now enter the Railway Recruitment Board exams on the basis of this guideline. It clearly states which items are not allowed to be brought to the exam centers. This includes electronics devices, health devices, pens, pencils, caps, etc. It is also prohibited to carry pens and pencils inside the center.

Instructions not to apply mehendi on hands and feet
Electronic items - mobile phones, pagers, watches, earphones, Bluetooth devices, microphones, etc. are not to be carried. Health devices - health bands are not to be carried. Calculator, book, pen, pencil, eraser, pouch, belt, handbag, cap, purse, camera, water bottle, packed food, etc. are not to be carried inside the center.
Candidates will be allowed to bring only the admit card to the exam center. One can carry an identity card with this. Pens and pencils will be provided by the examination center itself. Candidates should not apply mehendi on hands and feet as it may cause problems in biometrics. Metal jewelry or religious items such as bangles, bracelets, rings, mangalsutra etc., if worn for religious reasons and mentioned in the call letter, may be allowed.
However, in such cases, the examiner has been asked to be more cautious. The schedule or time table of RRB NTPC Exam 2025 is eagerly awaited. The railway recruitment board may release the official schedule shortly. In all other examinations including NTPC, Group D, RRB JE, candidates will be given entry to the center according to these guidelines.
