Latest Updated On 20/04/2025: Explanation has been sought from 1279 teachers of seven districts of Jharkhand. These teachers are from Bokaro, Dhanbad, Chatra, Hazaribagh, Ramgarh, Koderma & Giridih districts. These teachers have not taken the training organized by the School Education and Literacy Department.

Explanation sought from teachers of these districts
Bokaro - 91, Dhanbad - 140, Chatra - 201, Hazaribagh - 166, Ramgarh - 79, Koderma - 86 & Giridih - 516
The Jharkhand Council Educational Research and Training (JCERT) had fixed the date from 1 March for 24 hours training. In this, all the teachers working from first to eighth in all the districts of North Chotanapur had to take online training. Such teachers were given time till 10 March. Despite this, they could not take the training. JCERT has directed the District Education Officer and District Education Superintendent of Bokaro, Dhanbad, Chatra, Hazaribagh, Ramgarh, Koderma and Giridih to seek clarification from the concerned teachers.
The teachers have to reply by 5 May and take necessary action and reply to the state headquarters by 20 May. Other actions including stopping salary will be taken against the teachers who do not give proper answer. Teachers who are retired, suspended, on long leave and other similar cases in the list before issuing the clarification will be kept out of the clarification.
