Latest Updated On 08/04/2025:  In the Community Health Officer (CHO) exam fraud case of the Health Department, the Economic Offenses Unit (EOU) of Bihar Police arrested two including mastermind Ravi Bhushan late on Monday evening.

Raids have been conducted at several places in search of the accused involved in this. During this raid, two people were picked up late at night. However, the EOU has not officially confirmed the arrest till late Monday night.

According to sources in the Economic Offenses Unit, the unit continued to raid in many areas including around Patna till late night in search of the accused. Different teams have been engaged in investigation.

There was a nexus with a private agency


The solver gang had managed all the 12 online exam centres by colluding with the centre superintendents, the private agency conducting the exam and the technical people. During the investigation, the role of Ravi Bhushan gang of Nalanda came to light in this case. In this case, 36 people including the online centre operator, centre superintendent, IT manager, support staff and nine candidates have been arrested. Mastermind Ravi Bhushan has been arrested but many centre operators are absconding.
