Latest Updated On 01/04/2025: The recruitment process has been started for 1583 vacant posts of Gram Kachhari Secretary. Counseling of the candidates who are first in the merit list for recruitment to 65 vacant posts of Gram Kachhari Secretary in Patna district will be held on 4th April. Counseling of selected candidates of other districts will be done in a phased manner. The date for this will be decided later. Its information will be given on departmental social media and mobile of the candidates.

After Patna, the counseling of selected candidates in other districts should be done in a smooth and better way, so the District Panchayat Officer, Block Panchayat Officer and Programmers of all the districts have been called to understand this process. The Panchayati Raj Department has asked the District Panchayat Raj Officer of Patna to instruct the selected Gram Kachhari Secretary and Gram Kachhari Sarpanch of 65 Gram Panchayats of Patna district to be present at the scheduled time. At the time of counseling, the candidates will have to compulsorily come with verification letter, health certificate, character certificate, copy of online application, mark sheet, educational certificate etc.
