Under this, the process of appointment of 8500 doctors is in the final stage. Not only this, under the National Health Mission (NHM), the process of the recruitment of 722 doctors will be completed in the next 15 days.
Before this, the Health Minister provided appointment letters to 228 specialist doctors in the Convention Hall on Saturday. The minister said that all the vacant posts in the health sector will be filled soon. The health sector can improve only with the availability of manpower. Bihar has progressed a lot into this direction. Today there are many sectors in which Bihar is at on the top in the country. The minister claimed that all the parameters will be fulfilled in the health sector. Work is being done on how Bihar will go ahead of the national average in this. Appointment letters to 228 specialist doctors
These newly recruited specialist doctors include 30 orthopedic surgeons, 27 general surgeons, 17 ophthalmologists, 25 medicine specialists (MD), 38 pediatricians, 55 gynecologists, 13 ENT surgeons, 12 psychiatrists, 3 dermatologists and 8 anesthetists.
