Latest Updated On 24/05/2025: The date of online application for the admission in graduation BA, BSc & BCom courses and graduate level vocational courses in Patna University has been extended till 31st May. Earlier the last date for the application was fixed till 23rd May.

The university informed that the date of online application has been extended to give students an opportunity due to the delay in CBSE results. Till now only about eight thousand students have applied for admission. However, in recent days, due to continuous fights in Patna University campus and incidents of bombing in hostels, less applications have been received. Students are keeping distance from admission in Patna University. However, the university hopes that more than ten thousand applications will be received by 31st May.

This time there is a significant decline in applications as compared to previous years. Despite having the least number of seats, the seats could not be filled last time. There are four and a half seats in the university. Here, the Dean cum Media Incharge of the University, Prof. Anil Kumar said that the date of application has been extended keeping in view the convenience of the students.
LLB application process has not started in Patna Law College
The application process for LLB in Patna Law College has not started yet. The final semester graduation exam has not been conducted yet. It will take at least one month for the result to come after the exam. In such a situation, students will have to wait till next month for the application process. The university session is running two months late. According to the calendar, the result of all the exams has to be declared by May 31.
