State topper Mr. Bittu Kumar of Gaya got 108 marks, more than 1.15 lakh candidates successful
Latest Updated On 10/06/2025: Lalit Narayan Mithila University released the result of the entrance examination for admission in B.Ed colleges of the state on Monday. The result of the entrance examination was 96.05 percent. 7 of the top ten are boys & 3 are girls. Bittu Kumar of Gaya has become the topper by scoring 108 marks. One lakh 15 thousand 261 candidates have been successful in the entrance examination. These include 68,508 girls and 46,753 boys. One lakh 31 thousand 629 candidates had applied. One lakh 18 thousand 811 candidates have appeared in the examination.
At the same time, Sanjay of Begusarai has secured first place in Shiksha Shastri with 100 marks out of 120. 218 candidates had applied for Shiksha Shastri, out of which 182 appeared in the examination. 170 have been successful, which is 94.03 percent.

The successful students have to apply for counselling from 16 June to 29 June by visiting the website of Lalit Narayan Mithila University. For this, three thousand rupees will have to be deposited. The first allotment list will be released on 4 July. Verification of certificates of selected students will be done from 5 July to 16 July.
Patna's result is the best: Patna's result has been the best in the B.Ed entrance examination. Here 35,053 students have been successful. There are about 37 thousand seats to be filled in various B.Ed colleges of the state. These seats will be filled on the basis of merit. There are only 600 seats in government colleges. Two hundred of these seats are in Patna University. There are hundred seats each in Gaya, Bhagalpur, Samastipur and Muzaffarpur. Fees will have to be paid for the remaining seats like private colleges. The cutoff of govt colleges goes above 90%.
Correction in gender & category on 11-12: Applicants who have passed the CET-B.Ed-2025 exam & have made any mistake in filling the gender or category while filling the application form, can correct it by login credentials till 11 & 12 June. Vice Chancellor Prof. Sanjay Kumar Chaudhary has congratulated the successful students. The nodal officer said that now the candidates have to focus on the process of the admission.
