Latest Updated On 05/06/2025: The application process for admission in Patliputra University is going on. There is a chance to apply till 8 June. The revised schedule for the session 2025-29 has been released for admission in regular courses.
The new session will start from 15th July
The first merit list will be released on 12 June. The university administration has fixed the merit list and admission dates keeping in mind the convenience of the students. The merit list will be ready on the basis of marks obtained in the intermediate (12th) examination. Selected students will be allotted colleges on the basis of their preference. According to released schedule, classes for the new session will began from 15 July. The university has advised the students to select the college carefully during the admission process. Seats will not be left for colleges.

Merit list will be released in four phases
First merit list: 12 June (last date for admission - 17 June)
Second merit list: 21 June (last date for admission - 26 June)
Third merit list: 30 June (last date for admission - 4 July)
Fourth merit list: 8 July (last date for admission - 12 July)

Online admission will be done till the last enrollment. Last time complaints of wrong enrollment were received in many colleges. Dean Prof. Rajiv Ranjan said that the admission process will be completed on the time. In case of problem, the Dean's office will have to be contacted. You can apply for admission till 8 June. The application fee is 600 Rupees for General category, BC-1, BC-2, EWS category & 450 Rupees for SC, ST category candidates. You can apply through the university website.
