There is good news for the students studying in classes six to eight in the middle schools of Dhanbad. Soon the schools will get science teachers. The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSAC) has recommended the appointment of 104 science teacher candidates for Dhanbad. The folder of the said candidates has been sent to the district office.
The appointment process of the said candidates will start at the district level on Wednesday or thereafter. In the coming time, teachers will be available from JSSC for Arts and Language for sixth to eighth and for classes one to five.
Counselling team will be formed at the district level: According to the SOP issued by the School Education and Literacy Department, the list of selected candidates will be uploaded on the official website of Dhanbad district. After that, the counselling team formed at the district level will do the counselling. The entire counselling process will be under the supervision of the Additional District Magistrate or equivalent officer. The DC will nominate the nodal officer. Adequate number of investigation teams will be formed. Each team will include at least three officers/employees. A helpline cell will also be formed giving responsibility to two employees.
Make appointment within one week of completion of counselling: The School Education and Literacy Department has said that the newly appointed teachers will be made to contribute to the DSE office by completing the appointment process within a maximum of one week of the completion of counselling. The newly appointed teachers will also make their contribution to the DSE office within a maximum of one week. At the time of contribution, the candidates will have to give a declaration to the effect that they will neither take nor give dowry at the time of marriage.
Dhanbad district has received the folder of science teacher candidates for classes VI to VIII. The appointment process will be started at the district level from Wednesday. Now it is expected that soon the folder will be received for the appointment of other teachers as well.
