Latest Updated On 09/12/2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG) for undergraduate courses will be held in May 2026. Before the application process, the agency has asked candidates to ensure that their Aadhaar details, UDID cards, and caste certificates are updated.
The agency stated that this step is crucial to avoid any errors, complaints, or application cancellations at a later stage. The NTA will soon open the online application window for CUET-UG 2026 registration on its website, cuet.nta.nic.in.

This entrance exam will be conducted for undergraduate admissions to 47 central universities and over 300 colleges across India. To facilitate the registration process for CUET-UG 2026, the NTA has advised all eligible candidates to update their certificates well in advance of the application window.
