The board has launched a Document Verification System (DVS) software, making the document verification process for students who have passed their examinations completely online.

The chairman of the board, Anand Kishore, launched the software on Saturday. With this, the Bihar Board has become the first state examination board in the country to implement an online document verification system. This software will now allow various government, non-government, and private institutions to verify the certificates of students who have passed the Bihar Board examinations online. With the implementation of this new system, they will no longer need to send applications and drafts through the postal service for verification. Chairman Kishore stated that this system will be implemented from 1st January.

No more delays in verification: With the implementation of the new system, all human intervention will be eliminated. Delays caused by postal services, draft preparation, and fee-related errors will be a thing of the past. Institutions will also no longer need to visit the office to check the verification status. This will make the document verification process faster, more convenient, and more efficient. The online process will make the entire procedure transparent, simple, and user-friendly.
One-Time Registration Required
After the new system is implemented, the verification of documents related to Intermediate, Matriculation, Teacher Eligibility Test, D.El.Ed., Competency Test, etc., for students who have passed examinations conducted by the committee, and the online payment of fees will be done through the website verification.biharboardonline.com. For this, institutions will first have to register themselves on the DVS (Document Verification System), which will be a one-time process. Upon entering the complete address and details of the institution, the software will automatically determine which officer or department of the committee the file should be sent to. Based on the category of the institution, the verification fee will be automatically entered in the DVS, and payment will be made online. After fee payment, an online application for verification will be submitted.
The verification process is expected to be completed within 30 days
The Bihar School Examination Board is releasing the results of the Intermediate and Matriculation annual examinations first in the country in the interest of the students.
