Latest Updated On 26/10/2025: Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has allocated seats for vacant B.Ed. seats under the second counseling.
On the basis of the allotted seats, enrollment began on Saturday. The last date for the admission for selected students is 31 October. Students and teachers are angry over the college enrollment order being issued during the Chhath festival. Selected students and parents are forced to leave everything else and go to colleges to enroll.

Parents say that the JCECEB should have released the enrollment schedule before or after Chhath. Starting the enrollment process during the festival has increased our problems. Meanwhile, B.Ed. college teachers are also protesting against enrollment during the holidays.
